Nutella recipes that anyone can make

Nutella is a favorite snack for many, from eating it right of the container from a spoon to dipping something in it. However, most people don’t know how much you can really do with it.

You can find any recipe you want by going through different websites like Pinterest, but I tried a few recipes to pick the best ones.

The first recipe is extremely easy and requires only a couple of ingredients to make 24 cookies. You will need one cup of Nutella, half a cup of sugar, one cup of all-purpose flour, one egg, and four tablespoons of butter.

First, you need to preheat the oven to 350 degrees and take the butter out for it to soften. Then, get the rest of your ingredients out and mix them together in a bowl.

Once that is done, roll the cookie dough into one inch balls and place them on the cookie sheet. If you want a flat cookie, press down firmly with the bottom of a glass. Bake them for seven to nine minutes and then let them cool. After just a couple more minutes, you have wonderful cookies.

“They were really good and chocolatey,” freshman Shreya Patil says.

The next recipe is another cookie recipe, but if you do not want to add Nutella, you can add peanut butter, brown sugar, or chocolate chips. Whatever you want!

I used one cup of butter, one cup of white sugar, one cup of packed brown sugar, two eggs, two teaspoons of vanilla extract, three cups of all purpose flour, one teaspoon of baking soda, half a teaspoon of salt, and a jar of Nutella. Instead of a cookie sheet, you will be using a cupcake pan.

It’s not necessary to make your own dough, though; you can use any bagged or pre-made mix you want.

Start off by preheating your oven to 350 degrees and grease your muffin pan. Put the butter and sugar into your bowl and cream until it is smooth. Next, beat the eggs and vanilla in. Add your dry ingredients in gradually and continue mixing until all of your flour is mixed in well.

Now that your dough is all done, make one to two inch balls and place them in the muffin tin. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes and take them out when they are golden brown around the edges. Let sit for two minutes and make a little indent in the middle of the cookie for the Nutella. Put your scoop of Nutella on top and enjoy another great snack.

“They were really good; I love Nutella so it was interesting to see it on a cookie,” freshman Angelica Piccini says.

The final recipe is for s’mores in the form of grilled cheese. You’ll need marshmallows, Nutella and white bread.

First, you need to butter your pan and place it over medium-low heat. Then, spread your Nutella over the bread and scatter your marshmallows on the other side. You can use as much as you want.

Next, place it in the pan and wait until one side is golden and flip it over. Once both sides are a golden color and the marshmallows are gooey, it’s time to take it out and enjoy the sticky goodness.

These Nutella recipes are enough to make anyone drool. Next time you’re running Netflix marathons or having a bunch of friends over, start baking these easy recipes.
