Are you looking for a night full of mystery, comedy, and live entertainment? Look no further than the Drama Club’s annual Murder Mystery dinner and show!
Every winter here at MTHS, a selected group of very talented students pull off a hilarious performance that will keep you at the edge of your seat. You will interact with the various cast members to solve their questions, ultimately figuring out the culprit of the murder!
One cast member, Sophia Piansay, explains that Murder Mystery is an interactive dinner-theater experience where the audience gets to be engulfed in the presence of a murder case. She notes that the crowd has the opportunity to help figure out the true killer.
Another participating student, Lindsay Fennell, added that the people watching should expect audience participation. She advises that they should watch out for clues given by the characters but to be careful. Many clues are made to throw people off, so make sure to pay close attention to the little details!
To add to this amusing experience, a pasta dinner will be served before the play. You will also be seated in Cafeteria B for the entire duration of the show. Personally, I would recommend getting a seat closest to the middle of the cafeteria to get the most immersive experience! Dinner will be served promptly at 6:00 pm.
The dates for the show are January 18th and 19th with the show kicking off at 7:00 pm. Tickets to attend are $12 and must be purchased in advance.
