David Portnoy, founder of Barstool Sports, is most widely known for his “One Bite” pizza reviews. Since 2017, he has released nearly 2000 ratings on his personal YouTube account; the harsh judging process has transformed the pizza-making industry into a competitive and cutthroat environment. After briefing myself on baseline indicators, I think it’s time that we bring a pizza review column to The Falconer’s Voice!
